Alexandra FORT is a Researcher in Cognitive Neuroscience. Her research focused on electrophysiological investigation of drivers’ attention. Her topics of interests deal with: 1) the identification of the drivers’ internal states using physiological data, 2) the impact of these internal states as well as of distraction (cognitive, visual or auditory) or inattention on driving performance, 3) Advanced warning driving assistance technologies and their impact on drivers’ attention. To address these issues, she uses a neurophysiological approach through the collection of brain and heart activities during to car simulator studies.
