Marco Petrelli
Marco Petrelli is an assistant professor in Transportation Engineering at the University of Roma Tre. He teaches the course of “Public Transport” from 2005 and the course of “Maritime transport” from 2007. His research activity, reported in more than 50 papers published on the national and international scientific literature, is focused on different issues as the management and the design of public transport systems, land use and transport system interaction, road safety and technologies for road traffic, the management and the design of ports and maritime transport services and the design of sustainable mobility system. He has participated in some European and national research projects (Pilot4Safety, The Issue, PRIN and FAR projects) and he has been involved as consultant in many R&D projects about road traffic management, road safety and public transport design.
